US Sales Director
Drive Market Growth in Chemicals & Materials
Lead commercial growth across rubber, adhesives, coatings and cable materials in the US. As US Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of market development, grow key accounts and manage distributor networks. This is a senior role where you’ll shape new business, partnerships and revenue execution.
A day in the life: You’ll engage senior decision makers, map opportunities, and turn insight into pipeline. You’ll coach partners, visit customers, lead demos and represent the business at industry events. Regular client visits and travel (around 10 days per month) keep deals moving and relationships strong.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the US go-to-market plan across priority end uses
Win new end customers and expand existing accounts
Select, onboard and manage distributors across the region
Lead customer meetings, video conferences and trade show activity
Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts and market intelligence
Drive the full sales cycle including pricing, proposals and collections
Provide weekly updates and set clear annual objectives with leadership
Must Haves
Proven success selling chemicals or materials into rubber, adhesives, coatings or cable markets
Experience managing distributors and complex B2B cycles
Strong customer engagement skills and structured reporting habits
Willingness to travel at least 10 days per month across the US
Nice to Haves
Silane product knowledge
CRM proficiency and data-driven pipeline management
Trade show leadership and keynote experience
