Our client, an international automotive lubricants company with bold growth ambitions, is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team in North Germany. You’ll play a key role in expanding their market presence, supporting customers, and driving sales across your region.
A typical day:
You’ll spend your time connecting with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting innovative lubricant solutions that keep vehicles performing at their best. From planning your own schedule to attending trade events, you’ll take ownership of your territory and make a visible impact.
What you’ll do:
Manage and grow sales with existing and new customers in your region
Plan and execute daily activities and customer visits to achieve sales targets
Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly
Organize product demonstrations and represent the brand at trade fairs
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with management
Prepare regular visit and performance reports
Contribute to sales meetings and promotional activities
Must-haves:
3–6 years of experience selling lubricants or related automotive products
Fluent in German and English
Proven commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice-to-haves:
Background in marketing or technical product sales
Experience presenting and demonstrating technical products
