A Typical Day
You’ll move between preventive maintenance, hands-on repairs, and troubleshooting equipment across the site. One moment you’re fault-finding on a packaging line, the next you’re supporting a project to improve system reliability or contributing insights to a root-cause analysis. Every day brings different equipment, different problems and plenty of opportunities to make things better.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain and repair equipment, including transport systems, processing installations, sieves, crushing units, packaging lines, palletisers, and wrapping systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and perform corrective maintenance.
• Assess defects, identify root causes, and determine whether immediate repair is feasible.
• Manage work orders and ensure tasks follow the maintenance schedule.
• Take part in team meetings and support maintenance and improvement projects.
• Report recurring malfunctions and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Must-Haves
• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise repairs effectively.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proactive, quality-focused mindset.

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in a manufacturing or process-industry environment.
