Our client manufactures and markets a full range of high-quality automotive and industrial lubricant products in over 100 markets internationally. They are now seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in Belgium with responsibility for Benelux and France.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the P&L managerial process including budgeting, strategic and operational planning, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly/annual results

• Support the finance function on the monthly closing process, ensuring alignment between the income statement and balance sheet

• Provide robust analysis on business trends and explain variances from plan at country, business line, and product level

• Deliver performance insights and ad-hoc analysis to support sales and marketing functions, ensuring accurate forecasting

• Develop KPIs, identify business efficiency opportunities, and provide financial analysis for project evaluations

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or accounting experience

• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards and controlling principles

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights

• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• High level of French and English language skills.
